Invoice orders

Please download and complete the invoice request form (PDF) and email it to us at orders@mentalhealth.org.uk.

Please note that we only deliver to UK addresses.

Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Please allow up to 3 - 7 days for delivery after payment has been received. We’ll contact you immediately if there are any problems with your order.

Postage and packaging

We calculate postage and packaging as follows:

• 1-10 items: £3.50
• 11-100 items: £7.00
• 101-200 items: £9.00 
• 201-500 items: £10.00 
• 501-1000 items: £20.00 
• 1001-2000 items: £30.00 

Volume pricing for our How to... booklets

• 1-10 copies: £2.00 each
• 11-50 copies: £1.75 each
• 51-100 copies: £1.50 each
• 101-500 copies: £1.25 each
• 501-1000 copies: £1.00 each
• 1001+ copies: £0.55 each

Please note that discounts apply per title and not as a collective order. 

Further discounts may apply for orders over £500.
